e207 Duplex jam

When copying duplex more than 3 sets...it easily get jam on the exit...the paper & image is totally skewed...
No problem when doing simplex..
I've checked the registration roller, duplex unit, t/s block, drawers...
Any things that i might missed?

There are 2 black arms that easily come off, that keep the duplex unit lined-up when closed. Usually you can look at both sides and see that one is missing or out of place. (I had another tech put one on in the wrong place and it kicked my butt for a while, same symptoms, crooked and then jammed)
