e350 hd

e350 gave me f101 i replaced the hd from another and it now working but it doesnot print and don't shutdown

did you update the firmware? You may have mis-matched firmware causing this.

c/3----3 then install firmware

Yep, Mr Spock is correct, the F/W needs to match System, HDD and Engine then 08-947 and 693 then Admin (123456) - Network and set the correct I.P. Address - should work, otherwise NIC Card needs to be Factory Reset - failing that, replace NIC Card & start again.
