This is a new model for me so I feel kinda stupid.
I have replaced the pressure roller for a flat spot and I can see I also need
to replace the fusing roller.
This machine only has 159K copies on it and I am surprized that I am having
the slow feeds from the top tray 1. The tray 2 and by pass seem ok.
Also when using the doc feeder it does not select the correct paper size.
Then the doc feeder jams and won't clear until power is cycled.
I'm hoping it is something I am missing.
I am going to look up these codes from the control panel.
E010, E020, E410
Is this a decent machine? I sold this to the customer and they want their money back now.
And I am in kind of a panic over this situation.
Any help would be nice
