i have the Estudio 250 with a call for service i have charged the PMS kit but the call for service is still ON how do i clear the call for service please advice

Did you reset the items in PM support mode?

Turn the copier OFF

Press and hold down [6] and [start] then turn the coper on and when you hear a bleep release the buttons.

Press 2 when the copier displays ready and you should see a list of items to reset.

call for service hold down clear and 8 it should show a code. This will determine reset procedure. If c4xx then goto 08 mode and set 400 to 0. If it returns you have a fuser issue.
