    Delays during copy job es4520c

    Hello

We recieved in a couple of Toshiba es4520c trade ins this week. One of them will stop during a copy job about every 5 copies and just cycle. After a few minutes it will start back up and eventually start up again. It seems like it is entering a toner add cycle but the toner levels are good. I have tried swapping the power supply and fusers from the other machine we received in that did not have this issue and the only change I saw was after the power supply it would do 8 copies then delay.

It reminds me of when the triac for the second lamp on the es202 would go bad.

    Thank you for any help.

If someone has bumped the fuser temps down some, some machines will cycle like adding toner but fuser is too low and constantly heating up, try going in codes and make sure fuser temps are all set at default.

Clean or replace the Thermopiles. They are on the frame directly below the fuser unit.I had this happen on a 2830c and it took all of 15 minutes to get it back to normal operation.
