Having issues with doc feeder jamming periodically... when it seems to be having the problem, it will just stop feeding almost like someone opened the cover... adding just a slight pressure by hand makes it work flawlessly... have also noticed a message on screen stating to put the processor down, again, slight pressure on top makes message go away... testing individual switches all seems to be working ok...

Talked with Toshiba yesterday, suggested we add a spacer between the top cover and the black guide on the DP. Another tech went out this morning to do that and so far seems to have helped. Having a similar problem on another machine so he is on the way to modify that one as well....
