    Toshiba e-Studio 3500c - Scanned file deletion problem.

    Hi,

    In one of our domains we have 1 user who cannot delete scans to PDF that are saved on to the Toshiba's local HDD, all other users don't have any problems.

    This seems to be only happening from her PC using her profile, as I have tested her profile on another machine and its ok. I have also logged in to that PC under a different profile and they can delete the scans. The user has local admin rights on the PC.

    I have changed the settings to scan to a .tif file which she can delete fine, only seems to be with PDF's. I have also created a new scan template which still has the same problem. I have re-installed Adobe but still cannot get to the bottom of the issue. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated .

    If the problem is only from one PC and requires that user to be logged in to that said PC with their profile, then I would be backing up the profile and then deleting it from the computer to see if that fixes the issue.
    Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
