having trouble in toshiba e-studio 650, i cant install the printer driver,
it cant detect the lan cable,i also change the lan but still the same.

Is the wall termination live? if you plug your laptop into the wall jack, do you get a connection? I have had this happen alot at customer sites who say its live when it is not.

yes sir, the wall jack is live, the problem is i cant create a ip address in the machine, it does'nt have a network configuration.
