How can i to know total counter, when 203-1

Hi all friends

I have some toshiba machines for rent, you know! when the counter increase is my money increase but my customers changed the code 08 - 203 from 0 to1 and use the photocopier so the total counter is come to a stand

are there any code or method to me to know the total paper output when the my customers used 08-203-1?

I believe the PM counters will still work, but you'd have to test it.
