Toshiba Estudio-720 Help with fuser web reset

I have three of these in my teritory and have been unable to reset the fuser web.

The Service handbook page 4-30 Says 08-1252-6 Present output pages, 08-405 setting value, 08-1252-3 web counter, 08-1252-7 total feeding.

What should these be set at!

You have to replace cleaning web, then go to PM Support Mode to reset counter (check in manual).

Ive had the web sensor go bad as well. Check that.
