    Tray size setting issues

Any one else have a problem when a tray gets set wrong, and no one in the office seems to know how it happend, but you cant clear out the job cue either at the machine or through top acess, the delete button is greyed out, had one where tray got set to A3, and ended up having to reformat the HDD on it, to clear out a stuck job, was able to get tray set to proper size, using 08 mode, but job would not clear out for what ever reason, tried firmware, re-int, finaly went to hdd reformat, and that cleared it out.
Any one else seen this or have this issue???

Well. about the only way to clear a print job is through the computer. Got to start/printers faxes/ click on the printer and a job que will open. Delete the job from there. to prevent in the future go to user functions, hit the admin tab, enter password 123456, choose general and one of the icons will be " pop up " go there and disable. This will stop the accidendal changing of paper sizes. Most customers dont understand the message.

Try releasing INVALID prints in Job Status Screen.

              Size

Go into 1* mode. Then 102 then initialize. This clears the print que. But you will lose fax info but alot easier than reformatting the hdd
