The techs I use are independent (not Toshiba factory techs) and pretty inexpensive. I generally don't have any problems with them, but they obviously are not as thorough as they should be. I'll print out all of your recommendations to make sure they cover everything. I really appreciate you taking the time to help.
As far as I know, it doesn't see a lot of color use in the hands of its current owner. I haven't checked the logs, so I could be wrong.
