    [Misc] Estudio 520 Keeps freezing up Please wait!

    Help, I have a esudio 520 that Keeps freezing up Please wait!



    Two days in a row, ihave reformated the hard drive 08-690-2, than i run 1000 or so pages runs fine when i'm there than they call back same thing.



    Any ideas!

      May be time to replace the HDD and update the firmware.

          Are the thermistors ok on the machine? including the lower roller themistor. Is it on prints or copies that you get the problem?
          It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

              Ended up replacing the Hard Drive & Firmware update, Hard drive begin to make noise after running for awhile!
