Try this.

Unzip the firmware file and store it with the following structure

USB Root

352_452 (folder)12dlFirmWare_352_452firmImage0.binfirmImag e1.binfirmImage2.binmentusb.o2. Copy the

mentusb.o file to the USB Root directory from the 352_452 folder. The mentusb.o file is thesame for the 850 series, 451c series and 282 series. If you have more than one folder of firmware you

only need one mentusb.o file in the USB Root directory.
