[Error Code] F110 in Toshiba eStudio 351C

Hi,

Im getting an error F110 in Toshiba E Studio 351C while I make it power On for the day. Once its been left On with the error code for 15~20mins and power off - on the copier start alright, I have noticed during the first power On the main motor is not functioning until its also should be kept with error code F110 for about 15~20mins and power Off - On to hear it running.. I doubt there is a faulty circuit board.. which i need to isolate the fault properly...is it the Power Unit / Sys Logic Board / Sys CPU mainboard / Scanner Board.

Please be kind enough to send me your ideas to troubleshoot the fault.
