      You need to have both the optional MD0103 Duplex unit and the GA1190 Print kit installed. If you are connecting to a PC via a USB cable likely you are trying to print with Toshiba Viewer software. Trying to print without the GA1190 is called Windows GDI printing. GDI does not support duplex printing.

          Thanks buddy for the quick response...
          I feel the MD0103 is already installed here. i can make duplex photo copies. the only matter is there is no option to adjust for duplex & mirror printing in the driver software.
          I need to get installed the GA1190 Print kit, is it..?
          So, thank you again for the wonderful help. I'l search for a place to buy appreciate if you guide me get it done., I'm from Sri Lanka. (i can pay by online/ bank transfer or any affordable method)

              For this machine, GDI printing using usb cable allow us to print & scan ( P3 Console ) ~~~
              But after upgraded printer kit using network cable, it only allow us to print, but not scan...Is it really the specs to force customer buy scanner kit as well?

                  If you put a Network Controller, there's no way to scan without additional scanner kit. Sorry.
