Toshiba 2500c Blank Copies, Prints fine...

Hey Everyone!
I have a 2500c that's acting up. Printing the meter count or calibration test chart comes out fine but copies off the glass come out completely blank.

I checked and replaced both RAM sticks as well as confirmed they were in the right slot. I also re-seated the ribbon cable going to the scanner.

Is main board replacement the last step? Anything else I should try first?

Did u try scan to fileshare/efiling using radf/feeder and pattern glass, whether the image is totally black or not?
Looks like scanner problem. If RADF ok, but glass ng, then it might be the cable problem....

Your problem lies with the Imaging PCB (located behind the SYS PCB) 9 times out of 10 physically removing the IMG PCB from the LGC PCB cleaning the contacts and reseating will rectify your Blank Copy problem.
