E Studio 550 Password reset

Can someone help me reset the password to a toshiba e studio 550. Toshiba wants to charge me 200 to do this. Can someone help me out?

i dont understand what do you want to reset pass.? for GL-1020 or GA-1040 or derparment pass.

reset derp. pass : 08-672
reset GL-1020 ; GA-1040 you can read all messagers on this forum and you will know to reset !!!
