    Toshiba 2500 C Harddisk can't connected

    Hello,

I ve got a problem, i ve already tested this device but when I sent it to my customer the error message Harddisk cant connected to this device appears, i already checked all the cable connection but everything seems ok, but the question is what is wrong?

If someone have the operating system of this device i want to get it, the question is how to put this operating system into the error harddisk.

You can pm me if you want to send the operating system
    or writing a e-mail to

You may have a bad hard drive.
You will also need the correct firmware for you location. (USA firmware may not work in Europe or Asia)
    the steps are as follows
    replace the harddrive
    clear +3 @ power on
    option 3
    power off
insert the thumb drive which has the firmware on it into usb slot
    power on while holding 4 + 9
make sure everything is selected (this makes a matching set of firmware which will reduce intermittant issues)
    wait till firmware is done
    power off remove thumb drive
    perform 08 - 1119
    perform 08 - 947
    power off then on.

If it still comes up with error then replace the cables to hard drive and lastly the system pwb.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
