toshiba estudio fax problem

i installed fax in toshiba studio but the machine can not read it so i installed it in another machine and it worked well and i don't know where is the error thanks for any help

Try holding down 1 and * button and turn on the machine. Type 100 and start or initialize ok.

Machine model?
Fax model?
Firmware level?
