I'm working on a copier that had it's hard drive replaced by our service tech. He set the copier network settings back to what they were before - same IP, etc. But now I cannot get the computers in the office to print to it again. I cannot access Top Access from any computer. The machine responds to a ping, but nothing else. I checked for IP Address conflicts and there are none. The local IT guy said he could get people to print to it by disabling SMB v2 on all the machines, but it worked beforehand just fine. Any ideas? Are there any 08 codes I need to run to change SMB signing or turn on printing?
