[Misc] e-series 451c - Only prints Black and Yellow (no Cyan or Magenta)

I own of a Toshiba e-series 451c. I have a service contract with an independent copy repair guy and he appears a little stumped. So I thought I would see if anyone here has any thoughts.

Our copier works for Black and white printing. However, when I try to print OR copy something in color it only produces the yellow portion of the color. (See attachment)

For example we have tried to print and copy color test patterns. For the pure yellow parts it comes out bright yellow. For colors that require yellow to be mixed (like green or orange, etc) it comes out light yellow. Where pure blue or red the print or copy is just blank.

This problem started all at once and I actually replaced the cyan toner to make sure it was not empty.

The machine has no error messages and apparently thinks it is working fine.

BTW: For what it's worth, if we try to SCAN a color photo. The color scans perfectly!

Appreciate any help! We have a local guy who can sell us used parts at a good price I just need to know what parts to buy!

Check the transfer belt cleaning blade isn't stuck 'on' you might find the colours are being cleaned off, yellow is the last colour to be printed, so it transfers before being cleaned.
Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the restraints

Thank you SO much for your thoughts. The other problem we are having (i thought unrelated) is that when we print B&W the first several copies have a bunch of lines on them. After a few copies that minimizes and I was told that we need to replace the "cleaning blade." Could those be related?

color issues is either the transfer belt cleaning blade or the clutch that controls it.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
