e-studio 350 freezed when scan more than 300 pages

I scanned 300 pages document to the e-filing the file size about 30MB, when I tried to download it to my computer with the TOSHIBA e-STUDIO File Downloader, the program will freeze… also when I try I try to print it from the copier, the copier freeze too and I have to restart the copier.

Is my GM-2010 kit’s problem or the firmware, anyone has the lastest firmware?

Here is some information about my e-studio 350 copier
    Printer Manufacture TOSHIBA
    Copier Firmware Version T360SY0U050
    Copier Main ROM Version 360M-08
    Copier Scanner ROM Version 360S-08
    Network Card Type Ethernet
    Product Description Network Interface Card
    Product Type DPO-7300
    Product Manufacture NetSilicon
    Product Serial Number 00D47727
    Product ROM Version 1.51q

Also, when try to add the copier as a network printer, it asking me for the login name and password, I tried login as “admin” password “1234”, “12345”, “123456” none of it work. Any idea what can I do? I tried go to “my network place”

    Thank you!

I would update the firmware you have version 50 and 1.51 on the nic they are up to 4006 and 2.1(I think) and this fixed a lot of the issues with this machine.
Since you have the scan option I would set a place on your network and scan directly to this to save time.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
