2500C: Require to cleaning the slitglass and mainchargers

Hello,

Its about the Toshiba 2500C.
I ve got an error message, that i should clean the slitglass and the maincharges (sorry for the translation, because the message appears in German), so i do all what i can, but i cant still fix it..

What should i do now?

Should explain how to do this in the user manual (can be downloaded in english) and should display how to do this on the machines display panel, just use the down button to scroll through the pictures.

There is an option in 08 codes to switch this feature off

Ok, i found the original Error message:
OPEN THE FRONT COVER AND CLEAN THE SLIT GLASS AND MAINCHARGER

do you know how to do that?
i didnt find anything in the user manual,
can you help me?
