    E studio 35 - Solid black copys

I worked on an E studio 35 for a friend today and changed thier developer, drum and cleaning blade. I also cleaned it HARD, everything! This machine is ancient and has been used to death. I then went to test it out and it gave me solid black copys from top to bottom. it does this on prints and copys. the cleaning blade works perfectly when i hand rotate it. the main charger is in near new condition as well as the discharge corona and the other one.

As far as I know all the components i rebuilt were reassembled correctly. any light that can be shed on the situation would be much appreciated.

My guess is that this is still a main charger problem.

First check that the mass of the cylinder to be in perfect condition. Should be a tab inside the cylinder must make weight. There may be problem. Be the problem and charger.

Really funny. I was aware that someone else had been shoving components into the copier while i was smoking. but i guess during that time they bent the drum ground back so far it was touching the charger. this made the copy's solid black as well as made the interface go solid blue during the charge. very ridiculous.
