Rebuilding the faxcard to another copy machine Toshiba 2500C

Hello,
I have two machine 2500 C, one has a faxcard and the other one doesnt have it.
I would like to remove the faxcard from Machine A and build it to the Machine B, which doesnt have the Faxcard. Do I need to updating the Fax-Software or would it work?

2) Does the copy machine 2500 C has a loudspeaker?
I cant find it at all.

You dont need to upgrade anything, just plug it in.

The fax loudspeaker is in the fax unit.
