      Did you reset the counters?
      Did you run developer setup?
      Is the developer unit turning?
      Is the machine adding toner correctly?
      Have you checked the drum ground?
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

        @mr, spock,
        thanks to your reply,
        already did all of those, still nothings happend
        reset the counter
        run developer
        check drum grounds

        this is the latest i did.
        changing the HVT
        1st 1-5 copies is good,
        when multiple copies ex. 10copies and up, the problem occur.

                  What can happen inside the Toner Hopper is the Face of the Toner Sensor does not get cleaned properly and assumes there is plenty of toner inside the Hopper which in turns decides it does not need to supply the Developer Unit any, therfore the Dev gradually is depleted of Toner giving a grey and sandy like feel to the print surface. Inside the Hopper is a Toner Sensor Wiper which is made of a thin 'rubber' material and tends to curl over time and therefore cannot wipe the surface properly, the short fix - remove and clean the Sensor, retone the Dev - perform a Dev Initialization 05-200.
                  The correct way is to replace the Sensor Wiper and the Developer then 05-200.

                    Athing which is ignored by to many at my place is the actual toner filter. Change it, and also if you have the funds the ozone filters. just my 12 pence.
                    It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
