    E-studio FC-4520C one color faded

Hi i have a problem with the yellow color being faded towards the rear of the machine, if i print the color in solid the problem is not visible, but if I use like 50% desnity the color fades out about last 1/3 of the page, I have tried to recharge the dev and calibrate colors and also repaced the yellow drum. When I had everything out i cleaned the grounding contacts. The machine has printed about 150 k pages. Any ideas ?
    The other colors are ok.

We've had similar problems and it's turned out to be transfer belt unit. Usually transfer roller for that particular color is either worn, dirty, or out of place. Try swapping the TBU from a known working machine to see if it helps.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

You can do half tone prints via the print mode which helps. Need some nice daylight to see them better. Have you tried swapping the drum units over? Are the mag rollers the modified?
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

Have you done the 05 calibrations in the service manual? After replacing any of that it needs to be done. 05-395 and 05-4719

It could be the Y Transfer Roller Bushing stuck down on one side inside the ITB Unit.
The Mag Rollers in the earlier MASH units were prone to wearing smooth on the surface and unable to carry the Dev, the fix (Toshiba Bulletin) was to lightly & evenly roughen the surface of the roller using a fine grade emery paper, the later machines were released with 'Fluted' type Mag Rollers.
