Toshiba e-Studio 2500C : Error Message Data Error

Hello,

before this device has been sent to my customer it worked well, i updated the system and everything was ok. Today my customer tries to copy/print something then an error message appears: DATA Error, then the device deleted everything and print a blanco paper. Even scan didnt work.

What is the problem?
