    Es 5540c Service mode password

I'm a tech for a re-marketing company of lease end copiers. I have an E-Studio 5540c that had a coin op counter enabled before it was returned to me. I know the procedure for disabling it, 0 + 8 mode, 202 set to 0. However this is the first time i have encountered a password required for entering service mode. Can anyone help me out here it would be greatly appreciated.

I really need to get this wrapped up before the end of the day. 10 views and no one has any answer? Please, help a fellow tech out!

By default you can leave the password field blank and just hit "okay".
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

          The password is 'penis'.

It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
