Error C010 refers to a load on the Main Drive Motor, never had to change a motor yet, if the Dev & Fuser Units turn freely then I would suspect the Drive Train Gear Assy has either worn gears or the Gear Shafts are gummed up - remove each gear & clean and lube the shafts.

Sounds like the high/low speed clutches are binding. Emujo

thanks for your reply guys. i already remove all gears at the back and clean lubricate the shafts and the gears but still it gives that error only on 13'Lg size. and it runs smooth on letter size.even single copy or multiple copies. where do i can find the high/low speed clutches?

There were some mods released for the main drive assembly for C010 error codes. There was a new damper etc.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

Ok, another stab in the dark - have you tried changing the paper size to 13" in the other cassette? or swapping feed assy 1 with 2?
