After listening to that clip a couple of times, and from personal experience, by any chance have you checked out the fuser for flat spots? Is the drive gear on the fuser worn (Quite common for those to chew the gear, in which you can just turn it around provided the other side isn't rooted also)?Comment

Check the PM for the Fuser 6+Start power on 2 Start - more than likely the Belt is old and has wrinkles across the surface, when the Fuser warms up (from cold) the Belt will give a crackly sound and as it gets hotter the wrinkles 'iron out', hence the noise goes away. After listening to that clip a couple of times, and from personal experience, by any chance have you checked out the fuser for flat spots? Sounds like it is running it's initial IQC/cleaning cycle on warm up.
My guess would be either waste toner auger or toner feed locking up.No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.
