    Estudio200 Call for service

Hey guys, I have search the board here looking for "Call for Service" in the technical area but can't find anything.

I have an estudio200 that shows on the display Call for service.

The paperjam, paperout, and a little bucket full of canonballs, light is lit. It has paper, there is no paperjam, and I don't know what the bucket of cannon balls mean, but they are all flashing in unison RED.

I reset the maintenance counter, so that was not it, and it did just do this, it was working fine and printing for us without an issue.

    I used Diagnostic Code 400.

It had code 7 in it.

You need to hold down clear and 8 buttons at the same time to get error code.

Thanks Guys. This fixed it again for me.

I set the 400 diagnostic code to 0 to get it going again. I was a 7 again.

If the code returned then it means that you most likely need new thermistors. The canon balls simply mean you are out of toner.

It's normal for these when there is Call for Service that paper jam,add paper and add toner symbols flash.Hold down C+8 will display the code and after repairing the problem you are good to go
