coming up with 1ec-aa80-8acc8. anybody have any suggestions on what this means?

It won't let me do anything. I didn't know the maintenance code, so I didn't try that. I will have to try getting into maintenance mode this afternoon when I get back there. Thank you everyone for trying to help me. I will let you know what happens tommorrow.

I worked on those things for years and never saw that. Looks like drum revolution count or something. Does it just do it when it's copying or what???

          ?????????

Can you get into service mode? Press 0 and 8 and hold down while turning machine on.Then push 0 and 9 at the same time and it will try to boot up.
