Toshiba e-Studio 2500C C390 error

I have a Toshiba e-Studio 2500C with error C390 I know it's the Cyan but anywhere in particular to look at?? Thanks in advanced.

Check the charge electrode is in place. The small plastic lug that holds them in (rear) usually breaks. Just pull the cleaner and see if you can hear it rattling along the top of the charge electrode. If you can't hear/feel it you will need to replace the charger end block and most likely the dev as well.
