    E580

    Hello

I have an es6520c that is getting a constant e580 jam when doing duplex copies or prints. Single sided copies go through with no problem. The service manual and handbook have very little info on the jam code. I have tried replacing the sensor in the reverse unit with no luck.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Yeah, the manuals always tell you what the parameters should be and assume the Tech has done the obvious.
There are 3 One Way Clutches in the Duplex Unit - remove the Unit, put a drop of WD40 or similar on the shaft/s and work the juice in (move rollers back & forth), clean the rollers & should be good.
