Toshiba Estudio 351 CF20.. with no colour toner no CODE

Hello to everyone,

I have e Toshiba Estudio 351c and it shows CF20.
I checked the toner sensor and as a mechanism it works fine also i checked 08/824 and are all 0, also i changed the developer from a working machine same error.

Finally i put out the color toners and i try to print ( Color copies ) the machine worked fine for 1.000 copies than asked for toner and i put the toners when the machine asked for them..... in the days that come the copy worked fine but after 3-4 days it began to show again the CF20 error and the developer where from the working machine.

I got into the 08/824 and the yellow developer was 1 i cleared put out toner and got into the 05-201 and decrease the value...put the toner again and showed again cf20, i reset the yellow developer again from 1 to 0 and this time i did not the toner and the machine works fine and does not tell me ADD TONER also does not show the CF20 error.

Please can you help me? Why when the toner is inserted showed the error code? Can you help me located the problem?

Maybe a toner problem?

Did you do the whole troubleshooting procedure as explained in SH? If yes check the cables going to color auto toner sensor if it is band under the exit cover. Better exchange with another ones cables.

Yes i have check as the SM says but the result is the same.....when i print colour cartridges i got the error CF20 and when i put out the cartridges it prints ok .....no code


I have checked the cable it is OK ....also i used another colour auto toner sensor and still the same it shows eror code cf20
