2040c blurred images

So i have a copier that prints perfect on one side.. but as soon as you duplex the second side is blurry.. I have attached 2 photos, one is the front which looks good and you can see on the other (which is the back) has blotches.. does this on color and B/W... if it was the drum or transfer belt it would do it with all copies.. it only does this when duplexing from the doc feeder or if you do a two sided print.. any help would be grateful.. Try adjusting the Bias Offset in 05-2935.

you should have to make those types of adjustments if it copies fine on the 1st side it has something to o with the document try doing it manually from the glass flipping the paper by hand see how your copy is then
