    CF20 in Toshiba 351c

    Hello,

    I have a toshiba 351c ande shows error code CF20.

    I went to 08/824 and showed 1 for yellow and cyan.

    I reset and it shows again error code ......i put new developer yellow and cyan genuine from toshiba, but again CF20.

    I checked 08/820 but the values is 0 for cyan.

    I checked the auto toner sensor it is working also i cleaned it but the same error.

    Can anyone help me??

      Clean Patch Detect Sensor (under R/H side of T/fer Belt assy).

      Clean Colour Auto Sensor & remove black plastic cover, blow out (should be light grey in colour) located L/H side of T/fer Unit.

      T/fer Belt ok - not torn?

      2nd T/fer Roller ok?

      Did you perform Dev init for the Colours replaced?

      Did you perform Calibration after All the above?

          DO you have photo where the : Patch Detect Sensor (under R/H side of T/fer Belt assy) ???

          Also what is the code for Developer Init??

              You know, it might be a good idea to get a service manual for the MFPs you work on....I'm just saying...Emujo

                  I have a service manual and i have searched for it but i did not see the term " Patch Sensor " that is why i have posted for a photo.
