Super clean mirrors, PM IUs, replace x-fer belt if needed, calibrate MFP to get the CQ back to specs. If you're having problems with what they see on the PC screen not being what is output, then you need to look at the color settings in printer properties (not preferences ) Try to find an ICC profile for their monitor and use it versus letting windows handle everything. If they have old worn out monitors then you may not be able to resolve this. Also be sure MFP firmware is up to date and you are using the correct version of drivers for the firmware installed. Switching between PS and PCL drivers may help you, along with changing the color settings from general to picture for images. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.
