Toshiba e-450 wait warming up

    Toshiba e-450 wait warming up

    I have a 450 that says wait warming up non stop.. you can click on duplexing and put the number of copies you want in and it will even say auto start.. but it never gets out of the warming up stage.. I can't even print out any pm support list or anything.. Could it be possible that the thermostate is bad or the thermosters with out throwing an error code??

          The 450 has 2 thermistors, center and edge, only one will throw a code. If the other one goes bad you will get the symptom you describe. Especially if you can feel the UFR warming up. Emujo

              The fuser seems to be getting almost too hot.. Thanks I'll try this.

                  I replaced the thermosters and the thermostat and it still continues to say wait warming up.. And other ideas??

                          Did your problem corrected? i also have the same problem. i already 08-690 but still the same problem.

                              Your thermalpile dirty. Please clean it. Your Fuser still good, don't take it apart or replace anything, don't re format your hard drive or reload software.

                                  1) Replace hdd with firmware updating
                                  2)then replace sys board
