Toshiba es2050c C449 error

hi there,

I got this error C449 for the above model and tried to reset the code using 08-2002 to 0 but the error code still coming back. Fusing Unit had replaced already and update firmware but still the same.
I'm not really sure if that's the only one that you need to reset for this model. Also notice after you reset the error and do some copy/print some image are unfused especially on side.Any ideas?

08-400 & check Subcode - enter 0 - check Pressure Roller Springs have even pressure -1 Release Lever isn't engaged & the other not - Hot Roller & or Pressure Roller Bearing collapsed on 1 side.

Unfortunately that's not applicable for this model. 08-400 is for old series model. Neway we sort out the problem replacing Power supply board just today.

Have you checked all the voltages etsccc drunk and cant mang=age to type
