How to set up speed dial fax #'s GD-1200 ?

I don't mess with these faxes much, on a e452 with a GD-1200 I want to set up some fax speed-dial #'s.
Do you do this through the address book menu, or is there a better way ?

Open Top Access click Registration then Address book then Add.
