TOSHIBA Estudio 720 Change compatible toner for genuine TONER

I had a Toshiba Estudio 720 working well with compatible toner for more tan 1 year, Now i have change to GENUINE TOSHIBA TONER, before I install the toner I clean it and try to get rid of any compatible toner inside the machine. then i made a:

Adjustment auto toner sensor
perform a image quality control

and then put the new toner. after 200 copies i have still dirty toner, its getting better but not enougth.
im thinking on doing these on more than 6 machines, is there a better way to do this? why do i have dirty copies.

Did you replace the developer and vacuum the cleaner unit?

nop I use the old developer, and just clean the vacuum

cant use the old developer?

I would definitely change the developer and check the dev filter (clean/change it). I would also recommend you use genuine toshiba toner. This may even be the cause of the problem. The message you are getting about using genuine toshiba toner is the toner bottle will not be hitting the micro switch inside the toner unit.

You cannot re-use the old Dev, it must be replaced - before replacing the Developer, replace the TONER SENSOR WIPER located inside the Toner Hopper, this is a small rubber flap which cleans the surface of the Toner Sensor, this rubber perishes with age & therefore gives incorrect readings for the Toner Supply to the Dev Unit, which in turn overtones the Developer, failure to replace this inexpensive part will result in the same problem you have now.
