Toshiba E Studio 6530C error F070

This is an error that comes during boot up. I have so far replaced each of the three boards that the manual says to replace. The LGC board, the IMG board and the system board. No luck yet. Need help.

I had the same error on one of the ebx models which turned out to be the hard drive. Have you tried a formatting or even replacing it? Is the logic and system board receiving power from the power supply? When doing a firmware upgrade after replacing each board did the firmware fail to load on any of the options?

Firmware completed on OS, HDD, and Scanner. Failed on PFC, and Engine Main. Also replaced PFC board after the firmware failed. Tried again, still failed.

Check the fuses on the power supply, one of the fuses when it fails will give you an F070 error code
