[Misc] Toshiba Estudio 2500C Hard Drive problem, "Cannot start application"

I put a used 3500C hard drive into a 2500C and got the message "Cannot start application" Assuming the problem is placing the hard drive in a different model machine. Is their something I can do to make it work... Thanks so much for any feedback !!

I would assume the HHD data is different from what it should be (used HDD). Do a 3/C format, and partition, try loading the original firmware for the 3510C series, then working your way up in increments to latest. If this doesn't work try the recovery jigs. These will put the MFP back to working firmware levels, but you will need to load HDD and UI for your jig versions. Emujo
