    Studio 222

    Hi,

    I installed a new drum unit recently and adjust it according the procedure/manual.
    Now, the customer complaines that the black toner rapidly lowers.
    They had to put a new black toner after the drum placing.
    Now, only 2 weeks later, with only +/- 1K prints the toner gives a low status.

    Not much experience on this one
    Has it to do with the drum unit install ??

    Toner usage has to do with your DEVELOPER not the drum.

      When you install the complete (drum)unit, it includes the developers also . . .
