hi,
thanks for asking. My machine does not shuts down from control panel.
It also fails to print from my pc with print kit. The data light blinks but no prints were processed. Otherwise, everything is ok with it.
A friend asked me to update the machine with firmware. That's why i need it.
Can you help me please?

sorry to say but it's too big to email so if your interested i have it but you need to email me at stockman123@hushmail.com then i can send you a link from mega where you can download the firmware unless you have a unlimited space email server gmail, yahoo or all the others it's to big to send like that
