[Jamming] Brand New e-studio 5055 reg. motor not turning??

Hi guys hopefully someone can help me, i have recently run up a new 5055 out the box and when i was about to do the calibration the machine jammed, i havetested all the relevant components according to the manuel and all seem to work fine i have tried different cables and a different board and motor but the motor is not turning i have done a point check from the logic board and all seem to give the correct response. I am biginning to think that the logic board is faulty but before i change that i want to know if anybody has maybe experienced this??

Does motor work from output mode? Have you checked power to the motor? Is registration sensor working?
