    Toshiba 455 LCD problem

Customer using the tablet key all the time and the key doesn't respond anymore (almost).
I tried to find the touch screen but Toshiba upgrade it to the 456 model that is 9" compare to the 8.5" of the 455. I guess that if I replace the touch screen I'll have to replace the LCD etc to fit the 9". Any idea how to fix it without spending $1000? Hytec will service those for $700-$1200.

Excuse my ignorance, what the hell is the tablet key?

What is the exact size (Length x Width) of the glass panel and where is the ribbon cable located (left, right, top or bottom) and what is the distance between the middle of the ribbon cable and the edge of the glass as seen from the operators side?

Likely there is a replacement among the other brands of machines.

I have a 255 complete control panel I believe will work.
Let me know if you need it.
